The label INGEBORG STEENHORST COUTURE creates one-of-a-kind couture garments, accessories and jewellery, combining distinctive design with craftsmanship and a strong sense of individuality.

Through I STYLE STARS, Ingeborg creates custom-made stage costumes, accessories and styling for artists and performers in music, theatre and dance. Her designs are created to enhance the artist’s identity and bring character, movement and theatrical flair to the stage.

Wearable Art

Her designs are described as theatrical, bold, and artistic often described as "wearable art". Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail and shows a daring aesthetic.

In her designs Ingeborg combines traditional techniques, rich materials and environmentally conscious choices. She often works with reused and recycled fabrics, which give her designs a unique and sustainable appearance.

Bridal Designs

Ingeborg Steenhorst creates distinctive bridal designs for both women and men, combining elegance, individuality and a touch of theatrical flair. She is particularly inspired by colourful bridal wear and designs with versatile, multifunctional possibilities, allowing a garment to be transformed and worn in different ways or adapted for other occasions beyond the wedding day.

Each design is tailored to the personality of the wearer, creating a unique expression of love, character and personal style.

Prinsjesdag Hat Designs

For Prinsjesdag, the annual opening of the Dutch parliamentary year, Ingeborg designed a series of distinctive hats for female politicians. Each design was created to complement the wearer’s personality, outfit and presence, combining elegance with a touch of theatrical flair.

With sculptural shapes, striking details and carefully chosen materials, the hats were designed to make a statement while remaining an integral part of the overall look.
